Cong Dan Fernandez, Chairman Committee on Public Order, is one of the young rising stars in the House of Representatives that I admire. Watching or observing his excellent performance in the Quadcom congressional hearings assured me that our country is "in good hands" and will have a brighter future. I hope that the outstanding work ethics shown by the Quadcom congressmen wil continue and infect those lazy and corrupt solons to reform for the ultimate good of our country.
