I have some handlebar jacks. I place them on my handlebars, press my rear brake and flip the bike over. This is a nice idea also.

I like your stand. I just use a ratchet strap hanging from a hook on a rafter and looped around the back tire rack. Easy to adjust and work on the bike. If I want both wheels off the ground I rig a strap on the front. Works great for me.

I own a step thru model and I don’t believe this would be compatible as the seat post opening is closed off underneath. Nevertheless, great ingenuity!
