I love this song. I play it every day. I was 35 in 1987, working very hard, and didn't listen to the latest tunes much. My daughter was in high school, but I never heard this song. The first time I heard it was a few months back on Pandora. I had never heard of Glenn Medeiros, so I checked hin out. This is such a beautiful song!

A lot of people don't know this, but Glenn Medeiros was just 17 years old when "Nothing's Gonna Change My Love For You" dropped. It's crazy knowing that this song came out 35 years ago in 1987. I was only 7 years old that year when this song was all over the radio. I'm pretty sure i heard this song on 95.5 WPLJ back when it was called POWER 95, plus i saw the music video on TV, probably on New York Hot Tracks. Haven't heard this song in forever though. In fact, i can't even remember the last time i heard this song. However, this song is beautiful and timeless. :) #MemoriesOf1987 :)

Love both Medeiros & George Benson's versions.. But really like the soprano sax & keyboard solo intro in the beginning... It's almost as if there's something sublime and magical about it.
