I love seeing other bullet journaling mood trackers, but I have rarely been able to find one that works for me. So, I made my own.
I have Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and depression. Trying to label each day as one mood in my bujo doesn't work for me, and instead I made a tracker that allows me to assess my mood throughout the day. This is perfect if you have a mood or personality disorder, but I think it can work as a tracker for anyone who wants to get a closer look at their mood.
