DIY Curl Defining Cream | Discovering Natural

I am collaborating with "My Crown of Curls". To create this diy curl defining cream, you will need a few ingredients.. actually 2 key ingredients and some extras.
First make the gel. You can use aloe vera gel but I like flaxseed gel for shiny and softness. I used a quarter cup of flaxsseed to a cup of water. I also used about 3/4 cup of shea butter. Add your oils such as castor oil, vitamin e oil for hair and also lavender oil.

This curl defining cream can be used as a styler, moisturizer and even sealant.

This curl defining cream worked well in the humid weather of Houston. Lavender oil serves as the antimicrobial preservative while vitamin E oil which is also an antioxidant can be used to extend the life of the product. . Please refrigerate this after making. It lasts us a month.

What people always forget to mention is that u should use GOLDEN flaxseeds, I just bought flaxseeds and they were black flaxseeds and they didn't make a gel, the gel was surrounded each seed instead of a whole gel in the water
