You know what’s crazy. This demise all began with the genius idea to take LBJ off of PG after he led the NBA in assists and the team won a chip. The irony is that the exact opposite has occurred of the logic behind the move, which was to reduce his usage/mpg as he ages. Instead, he’s being used and relied upon as much as ever and still leads the team in usage/mpg! I’d argue he’s conserve way more energy as the PG because he could control tempo and pace entirely at his liking.
