Thank you so very very very very much. The instructions that came with my rear wiper blade were all in pictographs, and it was completely unintelligible. I'm not a stupid person by any means, but I hate pictographs because unless you know what they mean, you don't know what they mean. Just getting the wiper blade off made the pictograph suddenly understandable. It took me all of five minutes to change the blade today. I spent 15 minutes yesterday trying to figure it out and then gave up. My advice to anyone would be this: look at this video, and it's not too difficult from there to understand what to do. Thank you again.
