The gold gift mini advent calendar is much nicer than the platinum gift considering they have already sent us the bottle gift set twice this year. I wish I was gold at this point now 😅

They never sent me the gold gift when i reach gold and i had placed order after reaching gold which it was good because i dent like what they had now i would like to get the gold gift set is on my gifts but when i place order it doesn’t apear in my bag i try to contact them but they have never answer.. and the charm thing never works

Very excited to see any new collections ect… Also once you buy something(s) from Dior and you become a member/tier do you have to keep buying things each year to maintain your tier in order to keep receiving gift(s) from Dior? I have the same issue, they never sent an email to tell me if I won, I had to call them 😤 so annoying. I also received an error code for all of November and in December my account was fine again, so weird. I received my water bottle and half of the pink cover that wraps around it has separated from the bottle. I was so bummed since I had to wait a whole year to get that platinum gift. Dior can be really disappointing sometimes.

Has anyone received their platinum holiday gift yet.? I have not. I called customer service and they said they are sending the out now and I will NOT be notified in my account when they are available. I’m very surprised that their customer service is so hit or miss

Hi Trish, Thank you for sharing this video I saw the 30 Montaigne gift but I can not redeem cause no redeem button, also lately Dior have lots of technical problem, and customer service not helpfull at all. Dior email me some code but never work, Sad., I have received my birthday gift which is the Dior hair brush and that brush has been used and scratches all over. Lately Dior treat their customer with no respect .But there nothing we can report because Dior Customer Service never care.
