Great video. I’m a physical therapist and use a massage gun all the time. The way you used it at 10:30 is exactly how I use it to massage someone’s shoulder muscles (upper traps) by pinching the muscle up then pushing the gun straight down. Another technique you are free to steal is I make an L with my free hand. The fingers cover the shoulder blade and the thumb is over the spine, that way I can make sure I don’t hit anything bony. I then kind of trace the L and then make a triangle in the space between my index finger and thumb.
