Best advice ever. Did absolutely nothing my phone says Cannot Verify Identity This Apple ID is not active. After using is for a week nothing like this has happened my email is stable and password is correct and still nothing and apple support is just as trash as the video thanks alot.

An extra problem is that if you want to sign out of the bad acting AppleID ID account and just create a new one, you _can't_ if find my device is active. This is not mentioned I nthe video.

Помог способ: На сайте apple выбрать страну Австралия. Появится кнопка чат службы поддержки. Они попросят позвонить на номер. Но нужно попросить обратный звонок. Позвонит русскоговорящий оператор из города Астаны. Қазақстан. И спросит почту. Перезагрузит вам учётную запись. И всё. Никаких данных не нужно. Главное помнить пароль. Если кому нужна помощь-помогу. Главное знать Австралийский язык😅
