Governments are allowing EV companies to sell cars without INDUCTION charging. (SAE J2954  inductive charging). Westfield Malls could attract customers by providing parking bays with induction coils covered in heavy duty plastic, bolted to the ground of each parking bay. Similar to Tollway auto billing, cars can have the same devices to allow a charge (or optionally decline). Same for - 7Eleven parking bays, all city parking bays -  all parking bays. Charge up at home &  top up when you park = electric transition.
