How To Outsource Web Design Work to $10K Per Month

Outsourcing your work is a great way to increase your monthly income. Being able to manage a small team of designers is the key to taking work off of your shoulders directly and trusting other designers with the ability to do the work. Outsourcing design work before you think you're ready is also an important step in this process. If you're able to manage designers before you're making a huge profit that's also considered a success in my opinion. Outsourcing your work, in general, is a huge feat and if you can successfully do it you'll be able to grow your agency or design practice to way more than 10k per month.

A Cool follow up to this would be - Like the NDAs etc - How to protect the client's IP and design IP that was created by the outsourced workers. How the pieces are used in the outsourced worker's portfolios etc. Have outsourced work in the past - and this was a little sticky.

How do I protect my web development clients from getting stolen by my freelancer? Like while outsourcing, I would have to at least give them the website or the at least the name of the company. Then won't the freelancer just directly reach out to the client and say I can do this work for cheap and faster? Please help

Is that not super stressful in itself - managing others and then managing their design flaws. At least doing it myself, I am the quality control officer.

This only matters if your making coin, most designers aren't even making 2k a month. Why not do a video on how people can generate leads, cause this video is useless if you can't generate leads.
