your wit is endless, sign of a truly happy gardener. At this time of the year, I usually start winding down in the garden; but you've inspired me to do something different. We still can enjoy our gardens until that 1st frost. Here in south central Louisiana we may experience a couple of those days & very seldom do we get into the teens. I don't have a greenhouse but seldom do I have plants that don't make it. Thanks for the video.

Can't believe you didn't buy any sedums.😉

Those single plants look lovely in the containers, especially the watering can. Sometimes simple is best. Really enjoying your channel.

I’ve grown crespedia from seed the last two years with similar results as you. It’s not us, it’s the plant. lol I’m really enjoying how you’re transitioning your yard to fall plants. Nicely done, Nick.

Thank you Nick. You are crooked in a good way and so endearing. Like people, plants are not perfect but imperfectly perfect. That pink mum is soooo pretty. I hope I can find that one. We are still in the 90's here in SE FL. YUCK . Thanks for the tour.

Hi Nick 👋 This year I planted some yellow daisy like Zinnias in a watering can (almost like your Black Eyed Susan planter). I’ve decided that I’m definitely planting them again in that watering can 🌼 it gives a Country vibe.

I have 2 berry timeless coral bells and love the color. I love topiaries but to fearful to purchase because I’m afraid once I give them a hair cut the shape will change ( no longer circular) and then I’ll just keep cutting and before ya know it, it will be bald😂😂 Love your patio area, great space to sit and relax

Beautiful containers! The geraniums were so healthy, wish you were able to overwinter them.

If you want 50 degree temps, come to southern Ontario Canada. Super cold and windy today.😱 my fav plant is also Japanese Forest Grass. Your deck areas are wonderful.👏❤️ 27:59

I’m enjoying your fall planting. I have learned a lot from you. I just have always put out mums. Yesterday went to my local nursery and purchased some flowering kale, cabbage, rudbeckia and some other plants. Thank you for showing all the different varieties of plants you can use for fall.
