The outdoor unit doesn't measure air quality. That data is taken from an external source that is imported into the app.

He mentions placing the outdoor unit in a dry area, It rains a lot here and I don't believe I have any dry areas outside apart from the shed- is it not water proof?

Is there a possibility to run a server and collect the information locally in case the company does not exist anymore and we do not have any new supported version for our smartphones? basically, is the weather station hackable?

Is there anything better on the market. I can't find anything that is rain, wind, temp and smart. This seems to be it.

I have netatmo weather station and it falls out of the network all the time it is annoying and aut dor unit has stopped working these netatmo weather stations are not good qualities and expensive

For that price it should have come with an extra indoor sensor.... no thanks.
