I am double tapping on earbuds but both earbuds doesn't connect at the same time

My noise x buds, are working only on mono mode it's not paring with each other, I tried the solution given above but, it's just not connecting, it's a touch control so double tap isn't working either, I mean touch is working, both buds are working but only in mono mode they aren't working, together in a single device .
