If I were Biden I’d take a page out of Trumps book and push the executive powers to the limit to ensure the orange one doesn’t stand a chance.

Does the president's new monarch powers allow him to do something about these villains? If not, can we sue them for putting us in danger?

Thank you for this video. Can you please do a video on Project 2025, Agenda 47, and The Heritage Foundation? Thank you.

I would trust the judges on their transparent ruling over the opaque nature of regulatory agencies who are easily corruptible, who have the power to interpret laws and impose arbitrary policies. Also, experts on subject matters aren’t going anywhere. They will no cease to exist just because of this reversal. They will be an integral part of the court cases because the court makes decisions based on facts

This is my opinion only

Excellent breakdown of this issue. Thank you!

In your opinion do you think this will drastically reduce the budget of agencies? As regulations get challenged and deregulated will there be a need to keep all the Federal FTEs or will it open the flood gates even more for contractors to provide even more services.

Is the portion about executive immunity on Patreon only?

I see this as an absolute win for individual liberties by limiting the reach of bloated government agencies.

Hey, Steph! I want to join your Patreon, but under the $2 tier. It's what I can afford and the package I'm most interested in. Will you be opening more slots for this? Thank you.

Now I guess someone from congress should run the agencies? 😂😂😂

How do you over turn the supreme court? Your a attorney? What school did you go to? Try getting out of your bubble once in awhile.

Chevron got overturned because administrative agencies were routinely and egregiously going beyond the statutory authority granted them by Congress. The “experts” making rules in federal agencies are predominantly activists, with staffs of technical “experts” (often by education but not experience) that advise them on how far they can push the limits and serving the whims of political appointees. Now they will have to consider what statutory authority they actually have before promulgating rules, just as they did prior to 1984 and just as every individual and business has to do when considering actions subject to particular laws. I find it odd that a lawyer is arguing that judges trained in the law are not fit to interpret statutes and make judgments regarding the law. Maybe this ruling will actually cause the sky to fall, but I wouldn’t advise anyone hold their breath waiting for it.

If Democrats had any spine they would just pack the Court and double its size. We can't go on like this 🤦🏾‍♀
