After purchasing, you may be wondering how to use Grillaholics burger press. That's why we decided to make this handy video tutorial, which breaks down making DELICIOUS stuffed burgers into 6 SIMPLE steps!

For you Grillaholics who might want some more in depth steps...

Before you begin, you will want to gather your ingredients! You will need up to a 1/2 pound of beef (We find that this amount works best to keep everything sealed, but you can use less meat if you prefer a thinner burger.), your stuffings (Use anything from cheese, to bacon, to sauce, to mac and cheese. Get creative!), and of course, your Grillaholics Stuffed Burger Press.

Step 1: Separate your meat into approximately 1/3 and 2/3. Then roll each portion into a ball. The 2/3 ball will function as the bottom of your burger, while the 1/3 ball will be used to top and seal the stuffed burger.

Step 2: Begin by removing the top half of your Grillaholics Stuffed Burger Press. Then, place the 2/3 ball of meat inside of the press. Press down with the top half to flatten the bottom half of the patty into the burger press. Remove the top half of the burger press again. To make the cavity for your stuffings, unscrew the cap on the top half to reveal a second, smaller press, and then press that down onto the already flattened meat. If you run into problems with the meat sticking to your burger press, we find that adding a bit of olive oil, or using wax paper between the meat and the press works perfectly!

Step 3: Stuff the cavity that you just made with whatever you want! Add as much or as little as your want!

Step 4: Replace the cap on the top half of the burger press. Press down the 1/3 meat ball until its circumference is about the same size as the burger press. Place this flattened piece of meat of top of your stuffings. At this point, make sure to spread the top layer out so that it covers the entire edge. Press down again with the top half of the press, hard enough to seal the burger. You may have some meat or stuffings (especially sauces) squeeze out, which is totally fine.

Step 5: Once the burger is sealed, lift the patty out of the press by pressing upwards on the removable tray. You can now season your patty as you normally would, but be sure not to break the seal.

Step 6: Grill your stuffed burger as you normally would. They may take a little longer to cook all of the way through, depending on how think you make the patties.

Enjoy your stuffed burger! Make sure to leave us some comments below with any awesome recipes that you've tried yourself that turned out nicely!

I would use the press to make the top/lid 1st then put it to 1 side so it's near enough an exact fit. Then make your patty, fill it and finally use the pre prepared lid to seal it

I love stuffing burgers with dehydrated onions. They suck up the burger grease and makes it taste great.

If you made the bottom half of the mold out of metal, you could have added another mode by placing it on the grill and pressing down for a good sear.

The point about doing two presses to make the bottom is important, I didn't know that.

For 60+ years I’ve been putting my cheese and bacon ON TOP of my patty. Still seems to be the superior (and far quicker) burger design

What if you don’t have a dishwasher🤣🤣🤣? Just kidding. I have had one of these in my cabinets forever have no idea where it came from, but let’s just say left over ground beef brought me here. I am stuffing mine with cheese and bacon and maybe grilled onions.
