one of the better facts is that the portuguese were the first to stop slavery in 1751 weather in other places it only stopped 200 years later.
Also we were the ones that bringed tea to britain therefore Tea Time was basicly made by us the portuguese.
Another fact is that it wasnt england that discover Australia as before they went there, there was already portuguese colonies.
