I review the 1997 film, The Full Monty starring Robert Carlyle. I'm from Sheffield myself so reviewing this was really fun! I talk about some of the pros (many!) and cons (not so many!) I thought of for this movie. I hope you enjoy.

I just got around to watching this again. My favourite moment in this is when Dave gets back home to be confronted by his wife who thinks he's been having an affair. When he tells her what he's actually been up to it's so far away from what she'd thought she looks like she both about to burst out laughing from shock and just completely in love with him. That scene hits me in the feels every time. As for Gary not earning enough to pay his maintenance, his ex not only came to the show but also brought his kid with her. The fact that she's seen first hand what he's prepared to do to get the money he owes her has to count for something.

Holy shit girl. This is a great movie and a wonderful story. Lighten up with the math.

I kind of think you got caught up with the maths, they didn’t pay out very much for anything, they begged borrowed and stole.
Also I think maybe you just didn’t get the whole thing because you are a bit too young. They were not just guys who didn’t work, they had been made redundant by the closure of the steel industry. I thought the film was comic genius

I was just going to leave a comment saying "fun video, thanks for the review" but I thought the EXACT same thing about only making £666 from the performance.

This is a painful review. 4 mins before the actual start of the review . Just watch the movie not this review and it did not just end for no reason. Your missing the point of what the move is all about and no mention to the great soundtrack. Crap review

One of the men who tried to take the telly away in the film was my uncle and dad’s friend or someone they worked with or maybe even both. But just thought that was cool
