Chuck Norris has a black belt in Judo, a black belt in BJJ, a 8th degree black belt in taekwondo, a 9th degree black belt in tang soo do (basically karate/kung fu). He has also made his own martial arts incorporating all areas of what he has learned. He knows how to throw, submit, and strike. I don't think Putin will be kicking Chuck Norris's ass any time soon.
