I just leave Unity and start with UE. This kind of tutorial is what we really need to understand the engine and know how to do things with blueprints. If you keep this workflow of tutorials with blueprint you will gain a lot of customers! Good work!

Can I create game assets in blender then import them to unreal engine?

I have no programing knowlege. I know what things need to do for a game I'm making. Every time I try to learn how to use blueprints I get lost and feel like there are tons of prerequisites to know before using it. I watch the tutorials and as they add nodes I can't understand how I would know which node to look for or what nodes exist, but it seems like everyone else dose. What am I missing? what do I need to learn before using blueprints? where should I start if I know nothing but what to use blueprints?

Just wanted to point out: Dont mix up the "add component" button with the "Add new" button.
the components window is (atleast for me) were the blueprint window is in the vid.
my blueprint window it below that  one and the "add new" button is gray and inconspicuous unlike the green "addComponent". which is why i got  so confused since i didnt see it and thought they renamed it.
It took me a while to figure out why nothing worked.

Is it normal, that I just can translate to "Korean"?
Sure I can live translate to other languages. But then it dosent make sense.

I come from germany and I am autistic. So I cant follow this guy because I need totally translation.
If I read the same text in english like the guy says, I can follow him! I dont need german translation.

But if I choose the live translate, the words in subtitle are different to the spoken ones.

Would you please correct this?
I also checked my region settings on my computer, everything fine. First thought, that this was the problem.
