this is pretty fantastical thinking. the generation that literally cannot separate themselves from media and proprietary gardens and most dont even understand the concept of files, is ACTUALLY more resistant to influence. and dont tell me those surveys that found them as teens 30% or whatever aspiring to be an influencer were so exaggerated. give me a break

It’s true. I’m gen X and I have three gen Z’s. Their generation is coming out conservative and I’ve been happy to see it.

I can confirm that Gen Z is more conservative than the millennials are. My oldest granddaughters, age 18 and 21 are very conservative in politics and religion. My 21 year old granddaughter is president of the Republican Club at her college, This club has grown much larger in size than it was just 3 years ago.

As a genx blue collared tradesman, I've been training and working with some of these genz kids and for the most part they are a little ditzy and gullible but have their heads on correct and are pleasant to teach and joke with.
The ones i work with are married and have babies or are starting families.

My parents were hippie liberal boomers and was forced to have long hair and all their liberal ideology. So I embraced punk, heavy metal, and hardcore rap that flew in the face of my parents way of thinking and anything that told authority to go F off!! I am a Gen X 55 year old and libertarian conservative, mainly because I believe people should be free to be themselves and can't stand government control. I have 2 Gen Z sons who are 27 and 23, who fortunately they learned my values just by watching my actions and beliefs, but never forced my beliefs on them like my liberal parents. So both of my sons are conservative and have adopted my ideology because they were allowed to think for themselves and make their own choice.

I can vouch for this. We are Gen-Xers and I homeschool our 15 year old son. He cannot stand to hear about woke or wokeism. He is a conservative young man. His father and i have raised him on 80's & 90's memorabilia, movies and music. I'll never forget the words I read in an article approximately two years ago. "Politics is the new punk rock for Gen Z". So true...
