This video will detail how to convert EVAL install of OS to licensed copy.
dism /online /set-edition:ServerStandard /productkey:N69G4-B89J2-4G8F4-WWYCC-J464C /accepteula

Note: Windows Server Core cannot be converted from EVAL. Also, the Active Directory role cannot be installed. It will prevent converting, so you have to remove the role, convert then reinstall the role.

How can I get a portable Windows license key that I can use under Vmware ESXi? The VM's can't be locked to a motherboard since VM's are routinely moved around the cluster as workload changes.
