man i where is that tag that is called searchable?? is it something customized or what?!

please can u help me i tried it and it worked just fine except the search result always shows up i don't even click the search item yet and it show at the beginning
Ps : i use this tutorial in a navigation drawer activity i did it just like one of ur tutorials and i placed the <Expandable list View> in the content_main.xml

You know what these guy lack? Tutorial for his adapter to go to another activity. In 7:30, he said that you can do anything in that line of code rather than a toast. I think that when altering this code clicking a child in the expanded list going to another activity will alter a lot of codes. Nobody ever shown a video
tutorial like that.

In searchable.XML I can not type "android: anything" auto correct does not work and when manually input the Alt + Enter does not work..."it's" just not understanding the code. Any suggestions I am in 2.20

So no matter what to do a search with a custom listview you have to have a childrow and parentrow java class with the adapter? Right now all I have is an adapter that shows the items in a custom listview, and when the user clicks on items in the listview each one opens different activities... But what I want to do is set a searchview at the main page that will Intent to the other activities. So for example, if I search cheese I then click on blue cheese in the list and it opens up the blu cheese activity... How do we do this I've been searching for weeks and there are no tutorials out there and androids developer site sucks balls
