This is a lovely property. Houses are done, but not overly so to remove the charm. I prefer this “less done” method. The real sell for this place though is the land. It’s all usable. The mill race is enchanting. I think people will think the price too high for the level of accommodation, but the money here is in the dirt, not the bricks, so to speak. I find the price fair for the area.

If someone were looking to be off grid and sustainable, this is perfect. It was originally designed to be exactly that, hundreds of years ago.
