What Is the Recovery Center Hiding? - TPOT 2 Theory/Speculation

One of the biggest mysteries in the new TPOT episode is the hidden word being covered by a box on the Recovery Center. What does it say??

Recovery Centers have been brought back in Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two after being absent in BFB due to Four and X being able to recover contestants like Cake, Coiny, Pin, Gaty, Bottle, and Winner (though i guess not because Winner was introduced in TPOT). Does this mean that Two can't recover either? We don't know but we might find out in TPOT 3 and future episodes!

I'm pretty confident that it says "Express Recovery Center", since it was delivered very quickly. It may be a new line of recovery centers created for the purpose of being fast and efficent.

very cool! i read a comment on another video and the person that wrote it thinks the word might be "Crankless" since this is a button powered RC, unlike the HPRC which uses a crank.

edit: some people are saying its "Express" and i think that is better because "Crankless" has nine letters not seven

i always thought it would be “Express Recovery Centre” due to it not having a crank, making it easily portable, also it’s smaller than most recovery centres, so it would make the most sense imo

I think it's more likely to be a brand name and thus a big plot point, mainly because cary points it out in his reaction to the episode. We also know that recovery centres are a product that is sold by companies, likely with a large one leading the market, good examples of this are 1. during the "bubble transformer" advert yellow face states that they don't sell personal recovery centres, implying that selling recovery centres of some kind is a thing most viewers of the ad would expect. Example 2: In season 1 the announcer gets killed, leaving hosting to a pair of replacements for a few episodes, however soon before the announcer recovery centre arrives a note falls from the sky informing the contestants of this exact information, the note is signed off like in a business email, this note also doesn't look too dissimilar to the one two holds up and is probably the same company.

i do think that the "brand name" idea is quite plausible, only problem is that it would have to come from somewhere else besides yoyle city, because yoyle city is said to be abandoned. so this company making these recovery centers would have to be somewhere outside the known bfdi universe, making the uncertainty quite apparent.

It’s so weird we still don’t know. I think it’s called Express Recovery Centre since there is a s at the end. But we still don’t have the cardboard removed from it. Even after 12 episodes

I also looked at this, following what you did, adding the ESS at the end, the only one that makes a lot of sense to me is “Express” Recovery Center.

I think it's probably powered by something, every rc has either been for one character or powered by something (the master recovery center was never shown to need power sorce but its design implies that it uses some combustible fuel) plus the new rc requires someone to ask it to recover which would be pointless if it could just recover infinitely.

I noticed thought of this while watching Cary reacting to the episode when he mentioned it. But I didn’t have a theory for it, thanks for actually trying to find out and spending so much time and effort to find out and these theories are very logical too they make a lot of sense! You did a great job with this video it would be nice to see more of your good theories in the future too if you want to make more! Anyways good job with this!

I'm confident that the hidden word is ARMLESS, considering that would make sense in terms of previous recovery center names, and it doesn't require arms to recover.

Hello, as an animator, I found the fla to the TPOT recreated files. And it makes sense with the rest like BFDIA, So to answer my question, it’s Crankless, it does make sense because it doesn’t have a crank. So, you’re welcome!

im honestly not sure what the word could be, although im guessing its a verb as i dont really think its a brand name. it has to be something important though, as why would it be hidden from us?

also, the only in world brand name i could really think of is something to do with yellow face. and that doesnt end in s at all so im not sure.

1:53 The most likely out of all these are "Armless" or "Legless". Even tho it's not seven letters it could be "Crankless". Also, I want to say that I think the hidden text doesn't really matter at all.

MY THEORY ONLY: useless recovery center. It sound strange but BEAR WITH ME. What if the characters like Ice Cube lose something every time they are recovered? The objects that get recovered seem different every time. What if this is a result of memory loss from said “Useless Recovery Center”? It seems far-fetched but it would be a cool idea if so, it give “Death P.A.C.T again” A BIGGER reason to prevent death.

I have a good idea, maybe it means endless recovery center, since the lprc (leg powered recovery center) dissapeared when book cranked it with her hands, it could mean that the possibilities to crank are endless. After this point it's less of a theory but more of a speculation but in the ii bfdi meetup two managed to recover nickel, so it can recover anyone, hence the limits are endless.
