A Tale of Two Caddys!

Two 1985 Cadillac Fleetwoods each on a different wire wheel set up.

Caddy # 1️⃣ 😎 14” Reverse 100-Spokes lend to more of a Classic Lowrider look. Reverse-mount style accentuates the deep- dish chrome lip. As you can see, the reverse style wheel on a front wheel drive car, sticks out farther (negative offset). These wire wheels are finished off with a whitewall tire.

Caddy # 2️⃣ 💎 The 17” Lip Lace 100-spokes are a more modern look. With a lip lace wheel, the spokes are longer, making the rim appear even bigger than it actually is. Lip lace design sits flush with the car on a front wheel drive (the wheel tucks into the fender— positive offset). A Vogue Tyre, with the classic gold line, finishes off this look—mustard and mayo, baby! 🌭🍔🌭🍔

Both look good but I prefer the 14×7 reverse look. I had a 96 lesabre with a similar look. Now I drive a scion toaster on 14×6 bolt ons.

Simple: put fwd spokes on fwd cars and put rwd spokes on rwd cars. The smart people will get it.
