Thank you for the review. I just checked it out before buying it. As a guitar player and beginning bass player I like the Unity 250 as well. My guitar amp is the blackster 5H mini stack and this amp has the same kind of feel.
My son took it to his band and it performed there well against their drummer (volume at 12).

The supplied footswitch allows to switch overdrive section on/off (that one u have selected from the 3) and effect section on/off (again depending on pre-selection - either chorus or octave). Checked in handbook.

Interesting idea. I tried one in the store but had some difficulty hooking up the extension cab. All in all for their first foray into bass amps and cabs I think they did a good job.

I did a lot of looking around and went to try one in PMT after looking at your review. Needless to say I bought one! Needed something smaller than my GK stack for band practise and at home. Awesome amp especially with the additional footswitch

I’ve bought 2 blackstar amps on your recommendation, the HT1R and HT club 50 head and cab they sound great for clean and dirty. Maybe the bass amp next !
I also don’t think blackstar understand how many you sell.
