Home left ABANDONED for SIX YEARS

I got a call from a lady that needed help with her yard for the first mow of the season. While I was mowing her yard, I noticed this OVERGROWN DISASTER across the street. I talked to a neighbor and they said there has been no one in this house for 5-6 years. She said the homeowner moved 5 years ago due to a death in the family - So I decided to get it cleaned up for the family and the neighborhood.

Glad to see you cut the lawn short. To many cut it long so it looks “pretty “. Within a couple of weeks it looks just as bad as when they started. This was a great video. You did a fantastic job. Look forward to future videos. 😊

I think no one expects you to do a perfect job on a free lawn job. Especially when you have only so much time available to do it. the look of the place is much much better than it was before and that was the goal you accomplished. Congrats.

I found it really interesting that the neighbor to the right of that house, instead of helping out by keeping the sidewalk area clear, has let a portion of their sidewalk area become overgrown too! The house across the street from me has been empty for three years after the death of the owner, and the next door neighbor just mows the hellstrip (area between sidewalk and road) every time they mow their own yard. You did a great job on this yard!
