The driest and clearest conditions will be across northwestern parts of Scotland, East Anglia and southeast England. I notice this presenter likes to give Fahrenheit equivalents for any Americans who might be checking out the UK weather. I've scoured American weather reports to see if they ever give Celsius equivalents for any non-Americans who may be watching. Haven't found one yet.
