I recall buying Debut in 94. I was 14 and was amazed by her ability to touch a primordial part of my emotions. Emotions that blossmed and died in the next few years from being a hetero male I suppose, but I look back at them fondly and remember enjoying feeling them. The excitement of There's More To Life Than This, the nourishing feeling of Come To Me, the sort of trust-fall feeling of Violently Happy! She's a true artist!
