Just wanted to show you how to assemble utility cart from Harbor Freight. Takes about 10 minutes and all you need is a Philips head screw driver and a 14mm wrench. Cart holds 500+ lbs. Castors are meant for a flat service. You can purchase some casters with air in the tires so you can go off road with this cart.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for this video. I am an older female and I found the directions that came with the cart to be impossible. I found your instructions on You tube and, after a fashion, I was able to get it together!

I'll definitely be picking one up next week. Thank you for the detailed assembly video. I was considering a cheaper cart from Amazon but this looks much sturdier. 👍👍

Thank you.. put together my first utility cart today.. the instructions were small and blurry and couldn’t find my brand’s website to see their instructions online. Your cart was very similar to mine and couldn’t have don’t it without you!

great video...as a mechanic, the last thing I do is read instructions...which are lousy anyhow...and seeing you actually put it together while explaining it, is the way to go....I used my Rigid battery impact with extension to do the casters and used my phillips on my battery operated Craftsman 12V driver to do the screws...if I had to do another one, it would take longer to get it out of the box than to assemble it...thanks

5:54 GOOD, it looks like you can assemble this WITHOUT the handles, I'm planning on using one of these to set my propane generator on the top & 2 grill propane tanks on the bottom, without the handles I can have a custom cover made that will slip over it all since it will remain on my screen in porch to keep the dust, lizards & little tree frogs OFF & OUT of the setup, I'll keep it in the corner till I have to roll it into place when using

Great Video on putting this cart together. For some reason my cart was missing the screws that fit the top to the legs. Do you know what type, number kind or size screws you used to connect the top to the legs please? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the video but putting the handle on the swivel wheel side doesn’t work I have to push the cart from the straight wheel side.LIKE A CAR!

I see your video is 2 yrs old now... I just bought a similar cart on Amazon last week (Dec 2024) that cost $78.00 and larger, substantial wheels with locks! Otherwise, identical.

What is the hole pattern for the casters? I wanna order pneumatic casters before I buy the cart
Because I know if I get the cart, I'll assemble it with the wheels it comes with and then I'll never disassemble them to put the pneumatics on

they have 2 different brands, haul master and franklins maybe thats why theyre different. I think the franklins are the new updated one with the lighter color and fatter wheels and hf still sells both with same price which is confusing. Can u confirm this theory?
