Quantum Break - Martin Hatch at beginning

Not only did this remind me of the lady in black of Alan Wake who also shows up and disappears mysteriously at the start but also feels related to what happens after this game's ending?

I've only just got round to playing this game now, but he also appears in a window overlooking the lobby when you leave the university with Will. When you check again he's gone. Reminds me of G-Man from Half Life.

I saw him at the beginning too but only realized it was him when I saw a screenshot of mine.
I noticed that he vanishes but didn't hear Jack's line

You actually see him alot if you look hard enough. As he’s a shifter who can control his multiple forms and stay in physical form without going into full superposition. By use of the eyedrops with chronon

I only caught this after my 3RD PLAYTHROUGH, THE 3RD

I've completely guessed everything in this game in my first 30 seconds of playing.

Exception for the end, Martin Hatch died like an idiot.
