Ive never tried plain salt water, Ive always purged clams using a light sprinkle of white corn meal. This looks so delicious!

Should try them by grinding bacon onions and bell peppers cook down a bit add Italian breadcrumbs put over the classic a broil they are amazing

Tom Tom the heat on the clams way too high. They our rubber at this time chop the hell out of them so they're chewable 😢

I completely agree to the "fact" that all dishes will be better with bacon, but it looks quite unsusal or in other words "surprising" to put bacon on top of a clams dish.
