Nice and inspiring.
"3 steps algorithm"
Happiness:
-Understand that you have to do the work for it (Whishing =/= Working)
-Apply: Apply the things that you learn to your life (the real work)
-Share: when you have this information you must be a leader and share it.

"Happiness is something that you should study such that you can lift other people up with what you know. "

AUTHER i was watching your comments on CBS about remote working.
My wife is more productive at home
Her commute is stepping over dog toys in the mornings. When she worked at the office she drove about 35 miles each way every day, she's latterly went through
4 cars becuse of mileage and 200 to 400 a month in expenses just in gas a month.
But here's my point if we are trying to go green and produce less green house gases then cutting out comutes to work helps the environment. Then offices can be smaller less traffic on the streets
Lower cost for bussines becuse they won't need a 4k sf office space thats climate controlled my wife does the books at her job she issues the money to pay the bills over the last year they have paid 4k a month to clean the offices but only 2 people go into the office and its only part of the day. Its 10k a month to heat or cool and the light bill. All these things and office finiture add up to the cost of doing business you know this its what you teach. Yes some people need to be around others, but many times in an office you always have that one busy bee that walks around and talks all day disturbing others trying to meet deadlines. Really I belive bussines have to balance who can and can't work from home as well as who likes it better.
As for meetings she makes sure everyone else is out of the room.
I think you might be drawing conclusions about how others work without true workplace knowledge.
To get a real perspective on the subject you need to do a wide spread study
From many different types of business.
As they will all have different aspects that play a role into the outcomes.

I think that might make a good project for a student to study and publish the findings of.

Im 60 I didnt take but one college course
I got an A in the class. But I only took it becuse I have dyslexia and the course was reading comprehension.
Becuse of my disability my English is not the best my spelling is poor.
But that dosnt affect my intelligence
HARVARD never could have afforded it
But I would have studied law, I love a good argument and refuse to loose.

People get to where they got to by working for it, yes some people will abuse a work at home system some will Excell at it and some people will be lonely. Im a loner I get by alone just fine
I dont need a bunch of people around me.
Some people do. Motivation is a key factor to getting people to meet deadlines.
Finding work flows to make a work at home big business work more efficiently is key. Then security-related issues to combat fraud. Steps to take to combat cyber crime. Thats a subject that should be part of your study.

Case and point
A bank opened an account with bussines
X name and letterhead, then told client y to pay that bank the monthly payments via bill electronically they did without question, this was a large sum of money.
The bank in question was not the billing companies bank, they didn't even know about that account. This was all fraud.
The perpetrators had enough real information to pull this off. That bank never should have opened that account.
Clients need to question changes, before paying bills to new accounts, a simple phone call would have exposed the crime. This is a real life subject currently being looked into and the amount of money was very very big. I think before this is done the FBI will be involved.
But this is hearsay. Im not giving speciation information its privileged.

But this kind of stuff needs to be taught in schools how to deal with spot and combat cyber crimes. Or white colar crime. For all we know ? It may have been internal. Who knows? But its tracable back to who did it and they are stupid if they think they can get away with it.
