When I first went to the dentist after years of neglect, homegirl literally wrote SONICARE on a piece of paper so I wouldn’t forget(?) haha I felt like it was more than a recommendation. I bought one on the way home and love that damn thing so much😂

Do you have any videos on the effects of tongues against teeth? I feel maybe this eroded my teeth, me constantly rubbing my tougue across my teeth. I stopped doing it but the damage is done. Atleast they feel a bit smoother

Idk about liking toothbrushes like are we that undisciplined now we can’t value our oral health? Like if you said to someone: either brush your teeth or lose them. If it’s a toothbrush that has poop branding on it then hell, if it’s functional and it does the job I’ll use it.
