What most of you guys are failing to realize is that makeup has no rules you can do it however you want. If you wanted to put eyeliner all over your face go ahead but you wouldn't want people commenting mean hurtful things about the stuff you do and the stuff you love. Commenting these mean nasty things is hurtful and is considered cyber bullying.
