Watching the sunrise at the beach, journaling with the sound of waves.
Wandering tide pools, seeing birds fly, surfers in the water.
Later, walking through the redwoods—touching the trees, turning prayer wheels, listening to the forest.

There’s something about these moments that make me want more of them.
