I like whitmore to detroit, they have 4 main options. They need to get this pick right. I don’t think they can really go wrong with any of the 4.

Scoot is not a good shooter or a defender he had 3.4 turn overs Miller is better offensively he can score on different levels and he can defend

I think that this top 9 is fairly accurate to what is going to happen. And as a Jazz fan it's why I want to see them trade up. Everyone seems to think that they need a guard. But it's not really a position that they need. What they really need is an advantage creator on offense. Someone who makes offense easier. The engine of the team. And that can come from any position. It's not a position specific skill. We just saw the Nuggets do it through a center. I think that the best bets to be that from this draft (excluding Wemby, bcuz the Spurs aren't trading #1) are Amen Thompson, Scoot Henderson, Anthony Black, Cam Whitmore and Ausar Thompson. I really feel like the Jazz need to leave with one of those guys. They have the assets to make it happen.

I wouldn't HATE Taylor Hendricks. He's good. And I view him as one of the few guys in this whole class that I'd like bet the house on being a valuable NBA player for a long time. He's good value at 9. But trading up for that advantage creator bet is much better process than drafting that solid rotation piece. I wouldn't mind Coulibaly either but he's so much farther away than those other bets. Just trade up.

I really like the idea of Cason Wallace playing with Luka Doncic. I feel like that would be an ideal situation for his development. At the same time I can't see the Mavericks going in that direction. They're betting on Kyrie staying. They also value Josh Green. And Jaden Hardy looks like a player. That's 4 guards. With limited assets I don't think they have the luxury of going small with this pick. If I was them I think that I would just take Gradey Dick in this scenario tbh. He's got decent size, he's going to play off of Luka and Kyrie really well. And while he's not going to lockdown 1v1 he's also not going to mess up within the defensive scheme. He's going to do his job.
