Black castor oil does make your hair grow thicker, also works best on Afro hair 4B 4C etc.. he jus needed to plug his oil at the end lol

Okay so I have had seborrheic dermatitis which apparently uses oil to grow and get worse. I thought my scalp was dry so I would use oil on my head and it would burn, get itchy, and more flakes would show. So I stopped. My problem came about from inefficient showering and shampooing😢. Be careful out there. My hair started breaking off and is still shedding. It’s gotten healthier with more frequent showers and putting oil on mids and ends. But yeah scall health is so important

Because its thick and sticky should it be mixed with anything like water or is it not necessary? Because of the stickyness im worried it'll pull hair out when being massaged in, stuck to your hands and that y'know?

Also does anyone know if its one you should leave in overnight as some say you should wash it out after a couple hours because its dries the scalp out after too long
