Thank you for this! I love your opening statement. It’s great that this came up because I noticed a few things today that I heard from other people throughout my day. It was things like… you really should do this, or you need to do that or you really should eat this or you wouldn’t want to get involved with that kind of person. So as I’m listening to all this, I kind of got irritated and I thought don’t tell me what to do! I’m realizing I don’t like it when someone tries to put their thoughts on health or faith or morality onto others. It’s one thing if you are seeking it out, but I’m not digging it when it is pushed upon you. I guess that leads me to be a little bit more selective. Thank you Missy!
