We first started exploring Rome by exploring the Colosseum. We originally booked the Colosseum at night tour, but the tickets were canceled so we just did the underground portion. After the colosseum we toured the Roman forums, Curia Di Pompeo, Vatican City, St. Peter's Basilica, Pantheon, Mouth of Truth, Savello Park, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Piazza Del Popolo.
We took the Vatican City Tour with Walks of Italy on their skip the line tour!
The cocktail bar we went to enjoy the colosseum at night was the court cocktail bar Rome (Make Reservations!!)
We stayed at Donna Camilla Savelli, a old monastery converted into a hotel.
