As an Omaha native and a Creighton fan, I’m heartbroken that it ended this way but also extremely proud. A team with basically no bench, and all very young managed to take Kansas, one of the nations top teams, down to the wire.

I was actually more worried about this game after the Creighton's star Center got injured in the first round. How do you prepare for a team on short notice, after one of their key players is not going to be in the game? Meaning that Creighton is going to be playing a little different style than what they've been playing all year and they're going to being playing loose. They're not expected to win, so players are going to have the green light to shoot anyway and now you have even more freedom to just let it fly.

It was a gritty tough win for Kansas and now they can prepare for the Sweet Sixteen and hopefully Agbaji can find his shot again. He's been a little inconsistent, but his teammates have been stepping up. Especially Remy Martin.
