Carrots actually do help your eyes, they don’t help your eyesight though. They keep your eyes healthy with a certain type of vitamin I forgot what it’s called though.

Fun fact: carrots don't give you better vision, they help you see in the dark, so in wars the soldiers sometimes stuffed themselves with carrots so they could fight at night
