I know its april fools day, but there should be a mod that gives every overseer a Glock.

The scavs have had their Fun for so long, that overseers were equiped with glocks long before moon collapsed, with ammo rooms that they could access so that they dont run out of ammo.
Also, It would be funny to see gang Wars between 5p overseers and moon's, which only start because 5p overseers do the "no water" thing.
