My college roommate was flying the P3 Orion anti-submarine plane for the Navy after we graduated. Once, while he was on maneuvers off the coast of San Diego, an F-18 pulled alongside and said, “Hey Jim, how do you like flying that P3? And Jim said, “Oh, I like it fine”. The guy in the F-18 said, “Hey watch this.” He did a couple of barrel rolls and a couple of loops and came alongside again and said I bet you can’t do that. And then Jim said hey watch this. After about 15 minutes of basically formation flying with nothing happening, the friend in the F-18 team called and said, “Well I’m still waiting; what are you doing? Jim said, “Well. I just made myself a ham sandwich, and went to the bathroom. I bet you can’t do that!”
