Please Paul, make more of those. These are serious consumer advice. Its a lot more enjoyable than literally study a bunch of product pages just to get a direction of what board to get.

I think I have watched this video 3 times or more, in the process of designing a new build. I have looked at benchmarks on forums as well. Now I am making a spreadsheet comparing specs of all of these boards to further understand the design feature differances. I am leaning toward Maximus IX Hero board. Since I'm waiting for aftermarket Nvidia 1080 Ti GPU boards to be released I am not in a hurry. My budget without monitor is $2000 in a Phanteks Enthoo Evolv tempered glass case. I think I saw a very similar build in the background of one of your videos. Nice video.

finally best year for pc hardware since 2011been waiting for 5 years.lol.DDR4, 4k hdr monitor, M.2 and pci drives, cheap 8core zen vs intel, 1080ti.havent been this exicted in a while.Thanks j.j and paul for all great news.My old sandy bridge did me good.graphic cards have been droping in prices since 2011.i payed 1200 for sli 670.
