It's an amazing gin, it's delicate yet full of spice but it is temperate and easy drinking.  As I said, it's easy to drink and full of flavour and it goes magically with lemons, cucumber,  limes or oranges which is rare as I always regarded gin and oranges or cucumber as a crime.  The lemongrass and gives it a fresh taste and the spices counterbalance the heat or overpowering kick you would expect from the ingredients.  A great gin.
