London based 27 & 24 year old sisters Amy and Julie Zhang have drawn on their Chinese and New Zealand heritage to create delicious Iceberg Parcels with Fried Rice, boozy Hoisin Chicken and No-Cook Satay Sauce. This delightful duo really got us smiling... and our taste buds going!

Coconut milk is wicked because it provides flavour and texture (it thickens the sauce up a bit). To substitute you could perhaps try a blend of light cream + coconut essence. Otherwise a dollop of yoghurt or a splash of milk could do the trick nicely too :)

You can use water to thin out the marinade :) The flavour may not be as rich, but still delicious! x
