Dark Souls III | Yhorm the Giant Boss Fight

Yhorm is the descendant of an ancient conqueror, but was asked by the very people once subjugated to lead them, serving as both a weighty blade and a stone-hard shield. Some of his people doubted him though, which is why he gave them a giant-slaying blade, to show his trustworthiness. As a lord, Yhorm risked everything and fought unflinchingly as a one-man vanguard. Following the loss of the one he wished to protect, he forsook his shield and attached a left-hand notch onto his machete to focus more on his smashing technique, that would become the legacy of his later.
But one day, four women, relatives to an ancient oracle, triggered a curse that would create the Profaned Flame. This flame, although deriving from Dark, came from the sky and sought to harm humanity, and destroyed the Profaned Capital, incinerating naught but human flesh.
Lonely Yhorm then became a Lord of Cinder to put the Profaned Flame to rest, knowing full well that those who spoke of him as lord were quite insincere. And before accomplishing his fate, he gave his other giant-slaying blade to a dear friend, who promised to end Yhorm's suffering if he ever returned to life and turned away from his duty.
